How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your XBS account at any time. Here's how:

From the App

• Open Settings (profile tab)
• Go to Account Settings
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion in the dialog

What Happens When You Delete

Your personal data is removed, including:

• Email address, display name, and profile picture
• Phone number and location data
• Payment and banking information
• Favorites and preferences

Listings with active orders or chat history are anonymized — they remain visible to the other party but your identity is replaced with "Deleted User."

Listings without active transactions are permanently removed.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law, but your personal details are stripped from them.

Data Retention After Deletion

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@xbsell.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
